Room Block closes April 14th at 12PM.

 

Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 12:00PM. Guestroom rates available 3 days pre and 3 days post of the program dates, based upon availability. A deposit of first night's room revenue plus tax is required with all reservation requests. The Deposit will be forfeited for all no-shows and for all reservations canceled within 48 hours prior to arrival. The Guest guarantees individual guest rooms, one night’s room revenue plus tax will be billed to The Guest for each guest who does not arrive on their scheduled arrival date or whose reservation is canceled less than (48) hours prior to arrival. The individual guest(s) reservation(s) will be canceled for subsequent nights unless reinstatement is requested by the IRD group contact.
