Room Block closes Thirty {30) days prior to your arrival date October 8, 2023 5:00PM EST.

 

Accepting 3 days prior and post meeting the room block pricing.

 

Individuals may place reservations within the group block via telephone, fax or reservation form. Individuals must identify themselves as being part of the organization to obtain the lodging rate extended to the group.

 

Reservations must be secured for one night's guestroom and tax at the time of booking with either credit card, cash or check payment on reservations due date. 

 

Hotel will not hold any reservations unless guaranteed. Any guaranteed reservations not canceled 48 hours prior to the arrival date will be billed to the individual's credit card or against the advance deposit.
